Correspondence, balance sheets, reports and a history of the Mowry Mine near Patagonia, Ariz. Primarily correspondence relating to ordering supplies and equipment, banking, and legal matters. There is a mining claim from 1888 and a manuscript history of the mine written by William Wakefield in 1930.

First located in 1858 by Sylvester Mowry, the Mowry Mine was rebuilt by new owners in the 1880s. In 1904, the Mowry Mines Company took over the property and made improvements.
